11/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The co-presidents of the Greens/EFA group, Daniel Cohn-Bendit and Monica Frassoni, have congratulated Indulis Emsis on his investiture at the head of the Latvian government. Mr Emsis thus becomes the first Green Prime Minister in history.
