11/03/2004 (Agence Europe) -Wednesday's adoption of the report by Paolo Costa (Liberal group, Italy) means that the European Parliament has approved (consultation) the draft decision on the Community's conclusion of an agreement on the accession to the Convention Concerning International Carriage by Rail (COTIF) of 1960.
