EP calls on Member States to make real effort to present women candidates for position of Commission president

Brussels, 11/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - By adopting a resolution on Wednesday on the promotion of equality between men and women, the EP is calling for a real effort to be made to obtain women candidates for the position of European Commission president.
