Brussels, 11/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - By the end of Thursday afternoon, the Competitiveness Council presided by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Business, Trade and Employment of the Republic of Ireland, Mary Harney, had not yet tackled the two "main" points on the full agenda, namely that of the Community Patent and its contribution to the Spring Summit.
