Brussels, 23/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - At a proposal by Romano Prodi (in cooperation with Commissioners Michaele Schreyer and Neil Kinnock), the European Commission is to adopt, on Wednesday, its annual strategy policy for 2005 that it will present to the Parliament meeting in plenary in Brussels.
