Brussels, 23/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - EU agriculture and fisheries ministers meeting on 24 February in Brussels to discuss the communication on the next financial perspectives, will also assess the progress of the examination on the proposal for improving transport conditions for reared animals and look at, together with Commissioner David Byrne, developments affecting avian influenza and the most recent developments regarding BSE.
