23/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - In conclusions adopted on Monday in Brussels, the External Relations Council confirmed its common position on Zimbabwe and deplored the worsening human rights situation in the country. It reaffirmed its support for efforts of mediation by South Africa (EUROPE 20 February p 6).
