23/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the following operations, according to accelerated procedure: - It has authorised the American investment company, Vestar Capital Partners, to take over full control of the French funeral services group, Omnium de Gestion et de Financement (OGF); - It has cleared the joint takeover of part of the business activities of ABB Group (Switzerland) by Candover Partners Limited (United Kingdom), JPMP Capital Corp (United States) and 3i Group (United Kingdom).
