23/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday in Brussels, the External Relations Council adopted conclusion on India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. The Council welcomes the recent visit of the EU Troika to these three countries. It welcomes the opening of negotiations between Pakistan and India and the agreement on a timetable for reaching a settlement on the different issues, including Kashmir.
