Brussels, 22/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - In a Court order, the president of the Court of First Instance, Bo Vesterdorf, granted four French agricultural federations a five-month reprieve for paying fines that the Commission had imposed on them in April 2003 for illegal beef price fixing in 2001 (in the context of the mad cow crisis, see EUROPE of 11 April 2003).
