Brussels, 22/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - In its adoption in Strasbourg last week of the report by Mauro Nobilia (Italian Alleanza nazionale MEP), the European Parliament has considerably strengthened the proposed regulation on detergents and surfactants at second reading.
