22/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The president of Cyprus, Tassos Papadopoulos, and the president of Georgia, Mikhaïl Saakachvili, will be addressing the Joint Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe at the plenary session on 26-30 January in Strasbourg. Debates on the situation in these two countries are also planned. Also figuring on the agenda are 1) euthanasia, 2) making the most of Strasbourg's potential, the capital of Europe and 3) pubic service and radiobroadcasting.
