22/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - Rocco Cangelosi, hitherto responsible for European affairs at the Farnesina, is Italy's new Permanent Representative with the EU (replacing Umberto Vattani, who became Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry). Ambassador Cangelosi, a former member of the College of Europe in Bruges, returns to Brussels where he has already been Permanent Representative.
