Having been prosecuted for financial embezzlement, businessman Conrad Black has sold most of his press empire (which edits The Daily and Sunday Telegraph) to the PRESS HOLDINGS group belonging to the British Barclay brothers, who bought his 78% stake, including debt, for 605.6 million Canadian dollars.
