Brussels, 30/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Economy and Finance Minister of the euro zone States will struggle on Monday evening to avoid confrontation on the French deficit dossier, unless the Economic and Financial Committee (EFC) a few hours earlier manages to reach a compromise on the precise recommendations to be addressed to France, for it to get its state deficit under the reference value of 3% of GDP by 2005 at the latest.
