30/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Asia-Invest Forum 2003 opened on 30 October in Ho Chi Minh City, following the success of the first forum of its kind, which took place in Beijing in 2002. A European Commission press release states that the Forum was opened by Marcus Cornaro, head of the Commission's delegation to Vietnam, and by the Vietnamese Deputy Minister for Planning and Investment, Nguyen Bich Dat.
