Paris, 30/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On the initiative of the Delegate Minister for European Affairs Noëlle Lenoir, the French government has approved eleven measures for "European citizenship", in order to strengthen and expand knowledge of the EU and make their meaning, scope and importance more identifiable in everyone's daily life.
