The Polish Chancellor has announced the sale of PHS - POLSKIE HUTY STALI, the largest steel holding in Poland (6 million tonnes of steel produced a year accounting for 70% of national production), to the Anglo-Indian LNM HOLDINGS NV group. According to the terms of this agreement, the company doing the purchasing will make an investment in PHS of 2.4 billion zlotys up to 2009.
