Brussels, 17/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has extended consultation on services of general interest to beyond 15 September. Consultation was launched in May this year with a Green Paper on the status, obligations, organisation and financing of public services after liberalisation of the network industries: energy, postal services, transport and telecommunications (see EUROPE of 15 May, p.9).
