Presenting Commission's opinion for IGC, Mr Prodi stresses Commission's focus on limited number of amendments to draft Constitutional Treaty

Brussels, 17/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - "90% of what needed to be done has been done" by the Convention, acknowledged the President of the European Commission, Romano Prodi, telling the Press on Wednesday that the opinion of the draft Constitutional Treaty, unanimously adopted by the College, focused on a limited number of essential amendments to the text drawn up by the Convention.
