Planistat director indicted in Paris

Brussels, 17/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - A Parisian investigating judge has indicted for "complicity and harbouring stolen goods and embezzlement" the person in charge of the company Planistat, Hervé Charlot, from France, according to information revealed on Wednesday by the daily "Le Figaro". Planistat is the French company whose contracts with Eurostat were suspended this summer by the European Commission in the context of alleged financial misappropriation.
