European Parliament delegation in Moscow to plead for speedy ratification of Kyoto Protocol

Brussels, 17/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Eight Members of the European Parliament flew to Moscow on Wednesday (17-19 September) to try to convince their opposite numbers in the Douma to ratify the Kyoto Protocol on climate change once the government finally sends them the draft text.
