17/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The forthcoming colloquium of the association "European Realities of the Present" will take place on Friday 26 September from 5pm and on Saturday 27 from 9.15am. The first day will be given over to progress made in work on the European Constitution, a debate which will be introduced by Hartmut Harold, the association's chairman, and Agence Europe's Ferdinando Riccardi.
