Brussels, 10/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, Javier Solana, EU High Representative for CFSP, presented his recommendations for defining a "European security strategy" to the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs which, for the occasion, welcomed representatives of the foreign affairs and defence policy committees of national parliaments.
