Parliament takes stance in favour of untying Union development aid, and calls on Commission to check well-advised use of direct budgetary aid to developing countries

Brussels, 10/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Last week in Strasbourg, the European Parliament adopted two reports on the Union's development policy.
