Tilgenkamp's appointment to post of Deputy Director General of DG Agriculture ends internal row

Brussels, 10/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission decided to appoint Alexander Tilgenkamp, from the Netherlands, to the post of Deputy Director General of the DG Agriculture responsible for institutional relations, communication and quality, markets for plant and animal products as well as specialised crops, vineyards and wine products. He will fill the post left vacant after the appointment in July of Fabrizio Barbaso as Director General at DG Enlargement (EUROPE...
