Immigration at heart of informal Council on 12-13 September

Brussels, 10/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Justice and Home Affairs Ministers from the fifteen Member States and ten accession countries will be meeting on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 September in Rome for an informal Council. Friday's discussions under the Chairmanship of the Minister for the Interior, Giuseppe Pisanu, should allow for two interesting debates on a European immigration quota system and the European policy on border controls.
