Assembly hopes Heads of State and governments won't distance themselves from draft Convention treaty

Strasbourg, 27/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - By adopting on Thursday, a resolution on the work of the European Convention, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe "hopes that Heads of State and governments will take the final decision on the Constitution and agree to ensure the optimum respect for the draft elaborated by the Convention".
