Creation of a High Level Group on globalisation

Brussels, 27/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Party of European Socialists led by Robin Cook has created a High Level Group to produce a major policy document by February 2004. The policy group will hold its first meeting in October this year and will be chaired by former Danish Prime Minister Poul Nyrup Rasmussen, who published a 150-page report in May entitled "Europe and a new global order - bridging the global divides".
