Kastellorizo, 05/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - During the informal meeting of Foreign Ministers on the Greek island of Kastellorizo, the work carried out by France, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg was "didactic" concerning the content of the proposals defined during their mini-summit on defence. Italy, Denmark, Finland, the Czech Republic and Poland mainly expressed fear about the creation of a European military staff or a "solidarity" mechanism that could rival NATO.
