Lagonissi, 05/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Environment Ministers of the Fifteen, who met at the Lagonissi Informal Council (near Athens, Greece) under the chairmanship of the Greek Minister, Vasso Papandreou, spoke out strongly in favour of the future constitutional Treaty of the enlarged Europe giving the environment and sustainable development a fundamental place as being crucial to the future of Europe.
