Brussels, 05/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - This Monday's Education Council was very fruitful and had symbolic value because it was the first Council attended by the ten future new EU Member States, said the President of the Council, Petros Efthymiou, visibly delighted (see Europe of 3 May p.11).
