57 million Euros for regional co-operation

Brussels, 05/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has adopted a package of measures to strengthen regional co-operation between the EU and its Mediterranean neighbours in 2003. The various activities planned have been given a budgetary envelope of 57 million Euros, funded under the MED regional programme, and will go to strengthen co-operation and dialogue between the 27 countries of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership in areas such as: - the Middle-East peace process (10 million...
