Brussels, 22/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - Last Tuesday, the European Commission published its opinion on the 39 amendments adopted during a second reading (co-decision) by the European Parliament on the modified proposal relating to the opening up of port services to competition (EUROPE of 12 March, page 10).
