22/04/2003 (Agence Europe) -In an interview published Sunday by the journal ABC, the High Representative for the CFSP, Javier Solana, commented on the current American tendency toward unilateralism with the remark, "the superpower has a tendency to accept no limits." But, he said, "it is also possible for large powers to manage in a multilateral manner," and "it's better to persuade others to do what you expect of them than to impose it on them."
