Anglo-Dutch group for mass market consumption goods, UNILEVER, has granted the investment bank MORGAN STANLEY a mandate for selling several of its toothpaste brands, as well as other activities, for a total sum of USD 300 to 400 million. Toothpaste brands "Mentadent", "Pepsodent", "Aim" and "Close-up", which represent USD 450 million in annual turnover, will be involved in the deal.
