22/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The American audit regulator, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, is expected to announce on Wednesday that application of the new law on audits for foreign companies has been postponed till May 2004. Under the law adopted in August last, US audit companies should, on the other hand, comply with the legislation and be entered on official registers from October this year.
