13/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - Deeply shocked by the assassination of Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic, the European Trades Union Congress (ETUC) has asked workers in Serbia to "join in an action by the independent Union Nezavisnost to defend the values of democracy which are essential for the future of the country".
