Brussels, 13/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Union's contribution to relief of the unprecedented humanitarian crisis in sub-Saharan Africa has reached 412 million euro, of which 186.6m are managed directly by the Commission, according to the latest figures published by the Commission on the basis of data supplied by the Member States on 21 January 2003.
