Brussels, 13/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The informal meeting of Defence Ministers, scheduled for Friday and Saturday in Athens, will focus on the European Capabilities Action Plan (ECAP), after the various panels working on how to make up the EU's shortcomings in the field of military capabilities have completed their work and submitted their reports.
