13/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - A press release from the ERA (European Regions Airline Association), headed by Mike Ambrose, speaks in a press release of a "heated debate" between airlines and the European Commission, during a conference of the Association on Wednesday in Stuttgart, regarding the role that voluntary agreements can play compared to legislation when it is a question of tackling environmental issues.
