The OECD is organising a round table in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 26 to 28 March. Representatives of the business and finance sectors will meet to complete a White Paper on Corporate Governance in Asia. The White Paper is a non-binding, consultative document containing common policy objectives and concrete reform proposals. The round table has served as a regional forum for corporate governance dialogue since 1999 and is meeting for the fifth time.
