Civil Society Forum analyses amendments to be discussed in plenary on Thursday and Friday

Brussels, 26/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - In its plenary on Thursday and Friday, the European Convention will discuss more than 1000 amendments to the first draft articles (Articles 1 to 16) put forward by the Praesidium (see Europe of 7 February, p.5), divided into subject matter by the Convention Secretariat.
