Brussels, 26/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - A few days after officially announcing Croatia's application to join the EU in Athens on Friday, Tonino Picula, the Croatian foreign minister unveiled his expectations and desires with regard to the EU at a press dinner in Brussels on Wednesday. Conscious of the challenges facing Croatia, Picula highlighted three of his government's priorities - the return of refugees, cooperation with the International Criminal Court for the former Yugoslavia (ICCY)...
