26/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The ACP Group countries have authorised the European Commission to allocate EUR 12 million (left over from the African Development Fund) to the African Union for its peace-building and conflict-prevention programmes for ACP countries which are members of the African Union. A press release from the Secretariat of ACP States specifies that one of the first beneficiaries of the funds is the Central African Committee for National Dialogue.
