26/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - A meeting between Joschka Fischer an Dominique de Villepein the German and French Foreign Ministers respectively, expected to take place on Thursday morning, with the Constitutional Affairs Committee of the European Parliament (Chaired by Giorgio Napolitano (Democratici di sinistra) has been postponed at the request at the mutual request of the said parties. Mr Fischer and Mr de Villepin were expected to put the Franco-German proposals on the EU institutional architecture across to MEPs (see EUROPE/Documents 2311 dated 17 January 2003).
