Belgo-Norwegian telecommunication service provider, ZENITEL, (expected turnover for 2002, EUR 137 million) is going to sell its 50% stake in EUROMARINE (maritime electronics; workforce of 1300) to its partner ATLAS MARINE ELECTRONICS (German RHEINMETALL group) for an estimated EUR 17.5 million.
