Brussels, 26/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - Ahead of the 2003 Spring Summit in Brussels on 21 March, Tony Blair, prime minister of the UK, and Jose Manuel Durao Barroso, prime minister of Portugal, have issued a joint statement on "Modern labour markets: meeting the Lisbon challenge".
