Brussels, 10/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - During its meeting on 9 January (the first of the year), the Praesidium of the European Convention began, as planned, its work on drafting the articles under Title III of its preliminary draft constitutional treaty, devoted to the Union's competences (see also EUROPE of 7 January, p.4).
