Mantovani Report proposes creation of internal market for health products and services

Brussels, 10/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Next Wednesday, the European Parliament will scrutinise the report by Mario Mantovani (EPP-ED, Italy) on the future of health care and care of the elderly, a report that was adopted by a very large majority (22 votes to 2 and 6 abstentions) by its Committee on Social Affairs and Employment, on 10 December 2002.
